Cupid’s Chocolates is a school, Harem, Romance and comedy based anime. It has a good story plot for a Chinese anime. The animation is moderate but still not on par with the best of Japanese animation. But the character representation in the series is as good as another Chinese and japanese anime. This show keeps the audience entertained through some of strong point and theatrics. If you are into fan service, this an anime for you. It offers plenty of it throughout the whole anime.
Cupid’s Chocolates focuses on a high school boy name Jiang Hao Yi who is particularly frightened of getting into any kind of hassle. He is the topper in his class but prefers to be alone. He doesn’t have much of a relationship with his classmates. But one-day everything changed when some girls he is related with confess about their felling for him.
Shortly, he learned that the girls were in love with him because they ate a magical chocolate cake which have the power to make people fall in love with the person who ate the cake first. The chocolate cake was made a Cupid God named Mei Tata with her magic. Because Jiang Hao Yi ate the cake first and the girls shared and ate the cake after him, they falls in love with him instantly and having fantasies about him. With this messed up situation Jiang Hao Yi have to figure out a solution for him and others………
Cupid’s Chocolates is moderately good anime for most of the audiences and people who are into romance and fantasy comedy types series it’s a treat for them. I think anyone who watches the series will have a good time. I will recommend it for teens and adults.
